The "User
Options" tab brings you to a page where you may
change the look and feel of your session, reset log in
information and check statistics. New features also allow you
to set an alternate online banking login password and set up
account "nicknames" to more easily identify your various
Communication accounts.
Custom
Start Page
By default, your start page upon login is set to the Balance
page to view messages and all open accounts. You may now
select other start pages as desired. From the “User Options”
page, scroll down to the “Custom Start Page” option and simply
choose an alternate page from the drop-down menu and click the
"Change Start Page" button.
Alternate Login
The Alternate Login feature allows you to authenticate into
CU OnLine using both your account (member) number and an
Alternate Login such as your first name. To add or change an
alternate login, type the desired name, number or short phrase
into the Alternate Login field and click the "Add/Change"
button. To delete the alternate login simply click the
"Delete" button. The minimum length is 5 and the maximum is
20.
Account
Nicknames
The Account Nickname feature allows you to customize
your account names. The Account Nickname page lists the
account ID, the current description and the default
description for each of your accounts. Initially, the
"Current Description" will match the "Default
Description".
To
add a nickname, simply type the name into the input
field to the right of the "Current Description" and
click "Add". This replaces the current description with
your nickname.
To
edit the nickname, clear out the input field to the
right of the current description, type a new name and
click "Update".
To
change an account name back to the default description
just click the "Reset" button located to the right of
the nickname you wish to reset.
