How can I view my account balance and transactions?
Enroll in Online Banking! It’s a fast, easy, and secure way to manage your account.
Visit the Online Banking Enrollment page, enter your Member ID (Member Number) and verify your personal information, then set up your username and password. It’s that simple!
With Online Banking, you can:

How can I order checks?
Click here to order your checks online. You may also order checks by calling us at 405.879.5600 or visiting your local branch.
How can I order a replacement ATM/Debit Card?
You can request a new ATM/Debit Card by calling 800.522.3535 during normal business hours, or 405.879.5600 (Select Option 3) after normal business hours.
Important: If your ATM/Debit Card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately using the phone numbers above.
How can I change my ATM/Debit Card PIN?
You can change your card’s PIN by calling our automated Starline system at 800.522.3535 or visiting your local branch.
How do I report fraudulent activity or dispute a charge?
If you need to dispute an unauthorized transaction, please send us a secure message from within Online Banking by clicking the mail icon, selecting Compose Message, selecting the affected account, selecting Dispute Transaction, and detailing the dates and charges in question.
You may also call us at 405.879.5600 if you need to dispute a transaction.
How can I set up a travel notification?
To help ensure that your card is not blocked if used while traveling, please send us a secure message from within Online Banking, call us at 405.879.5600, or visit your local branch to let us know the dates and destinations of your trip.
Where can I find my account number and routing number?
Your account number can be found in Online Banking, as well as on your checks as shown below. Communication Federal Credit Union’s ABA Routing Number is 303085476. Click here for more information on routing numbers.
How can I set up direct deposit?
If your employer facilitates direct deposit for payroll, you will need your account number and routing number. Some employers may also require a voided check in order to set up direct deposit.
Most employers will require you to fill out a paper form or log in to their employee website to update this information. We recommend contacting your employer’s HR Department to obtain the necessary direct deposit authorization forms.
How can I make transfers?
For Transfers/Payments with Internal (CFCU) Accounts
From within Online Banking, click on Transfers. Select the accounts you wish to transfer from/to. Enter the amount of the transfer and click Make Recurring.
Select the frequency of the transfer and the date of the first transfer. Click Review to review the details and schedule the recurring transfer or payment.
For Transfers/Payments with External Accounts
From within Online Banking, click on Transfers, then External Account Transfer. Select the accounts you wish to transfer from/to, or add a new account if necessary.
Enter the amount of the transfer, select the date of the first transfer, and set the frequency to the desired interval. Click Review to review the details and schedule your transfer or payment.
How can I pay bills with my checking account?
Pay Bills Using Your Debit Card
If the company you need to pay allows debit card payments, you can log in to their online portal or call their billing support number to provide your CFCU Debit Card number for one-time or automatic payments.
Pay Bills Using ACH Transfers
If the company you need to pay supports ACH (bank transfer) payments, you can log in to their online portal or call their billing support number to provide your checking account number and routing number for one-time or automatic payments.
Pay Bills Using Online Bill Pay
After signing in to Online Banking, click on Pay Bills in the top menu. You must accept the terms of the service to continue.
Once you have enrolled in Bill Pay, you can search for the company or person you want to pay by name or category. If you cannot find the person or company, you are able to add them.
Upon selecting the company you wish to pay, you will be prompted to enter your account number and other account details before making a payment.
If the company you selected can’t be paid electronically, the Bill Pay service will mail them a check.
Pay Bills by Mailing a Check
You can also pay most of your bills by mailing a check to the address shown on your invoice.
How can I enroll in eStatements?
To receive your statements electronically, sign in to Online Banking and click on your account tile. Next, click the Online Statements link, which will ask you to open another window.
In the next window, you will be asked to enter your email address and mobile phone number, and accept the eStatement terms and conditions.
When will I receive my checking rewards?
Pay Me Checking Cash Back Rewards and Performance Checking Dividends are paid at the end of every calendar month.
Where can I find my checking rewards?
Pay Me Checking Cash Back Rewards are deposited to your Share savings account at the end of every month if all requirements are met.
Performance Checking Dividends are deposited to your Performance Checking account at the end of every month if all requirements are met.
How do I qualify for ATM fee refunds?
Your account type must qualify for ATM fee refunds, be enrolled in eStatements, and receive at least $500/month in direct deposits to receive ATM refunds. Maximum refund amount is $25 per Monthly Qualification Cycle.
“Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning on the 25th day of the month and ending on the 24th day of the following month.
