If you receive a “System Unavailable” or “Error: Too Many Redirects” message when signing into Online Banking, clearing your browser cache may resolve the issue.

You can either clear your history (including all cookies and site data), which will sign you out of most websites, or only delete cookies and site content for olb.comfedcu.org in your browser. This second option will only sign you out of CFCU Online Banking.

Chrome:

Click the menu (three dots in top right corner) and select Settings.

Next, click Cookies and other site data.

Then, click See all cookies and site data.

Finally, type “olb.comfedcu.org” into the search bar in the top right corner of the screen, then click the little trash can icon.

Edge: 

Click the menu (three dots in top right corner) and select Settings.

Next, select Cookies and site permissions from the left navigation menu and click Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Finally, type “olb.comfedcu.org” into the search bar in the top right corner of the screen, then click Remove all shown.

Firefox:

Click the menu (three lines in top right corner) and select Options.

Next, select Privacy & Security from the left navigation menu, then scroll down and click Manage data under Cookies and Site Data.

In the search field, type “olb.comfedcu.org” before clicking Remove All Shown, then click Save Changes.

Finally, click Remove in the dialogue box that pops up.

In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, click Privacy, then do any of the following:

Click Manage Website Data, select “olb.comfedcu.org” then click Remove or Remove All.
