Same-Day Guest Payment Portal
You can use our online guest payment portal to make a same-day loan payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards or ACH transfers using the routing and account numbers for your other financial institution.

Bring your government-issued photo ID and member number to any CFCU branch or Shared Branch location.
Pay Off a Loan
Before paying off your loan, be sure to confirm the exact payoff amount. This helps ensure your loan is paid in full without overpayment or underpayment. You can use one of the following options to request your payoff amount:
- Use the loan payoff calculator in Digital Banking under your account details.
- Call us at 800.522.3535 to request a payoff quote.
¹In most cases, ACH transfers made from an external financial institution via Digital Banking will post to your CFCU loan within two business days from the date the are initiated. ACH transfers initiated after 4 p.m. Central Time or on weekends or holidays may take up to three business days to post.
²In most cases, debit card payments and ACH transfers made from an external financial institution using the Guest Payment Portal or Automated Phone Payment System will post to your CFCU loan on the same day they are scheduled. It may take up to three business days to see the debit appear in your external account.
