What is Mortgage Spot?
Simply put, Mortgage Spot is Communication Federal Credit Union’s dedicated mortgage team. It’s the same highly experienced mortgage professionals, the same competitive loan options, and the same commitment to helping people achieve homeownership, now with a name and location that puts mortgages front and center.
Our mortgage specialists are now located in a dedicated office building next to our headquarters on NW Expressway in Oklahoma City, creating a space focused entirely on helping homebuyers and homeowners.
What’s changing for members?
Not much, and that’s by design.
Your relationship with Communication Federal Credit Union remains exactly the same. If you’ve worked with our mortgage team before, you’ll continue working with the same people you know and trust. You’ll simply start seeing the Mortgage Spot name appear more often in mortgage-related emails, documents, and communications over the coming months as we gradually introduce the new brand.

Is Mortgage Spot a different company than CFCU?
No. Mortgage Spot is not a separate company. It’s a trade name (DBA) of Communication Federal Credit Union, NMLS #403254. Every loan is originated and funded by CFCU.
Will I still be working with the same people?
Yes. If you’ve worked with our mortgage team before, you’ll continue working with the same loan officers you know and trust.
What's changing for me as a member?
Not much. Your accounts, statements, and digital banking will continue to look and feel exactly as they do today. Over the next few months, you’ll start seeing the Mortgage Spot name show up more often in mortgage-related emails and documents. That’s expected, and it doesn’t mean anything about your relationship with CFCU has changed.
