To improve your credit card-member experience, Communication Federal Credit Union is changing our processor. This change requires that we issue a new card to replace your existing CFCU credit card. Below are important dates and information regarding this transition.
- You will receive a new credit card by mail between the second and fourth weeks of April 2024.
- Ensure that your address on file with the credit union is accurate so your card is not delayed. Verify your address in the CFCU Mobile app or Online Banking before March 8, 2024. You can review and update your address, if needed, by navigating to Settings > Contact.
- Use your existing CFCU credit card through April 27, 2024. Your existing card will cease working at the end of the day on April 27, 2024.
- Activate and begin using your new CFCU credit card on April 28, 2024.
- Most recurring transactions linked to your current card will automatically transfer to your new card number, however, please verify your linked card information and update where necessary.
