Here are some answers to commonly asked questions and queries about Communication Federal Credit Union.

 

What is my routing number?

CFCU’s routing number is 303085476. Click here for more information on routing numbers.

 

What is my PIN?

To change your PIN, or if you have questions, please use the Starline automated system at 800.522.3535.

 

How do I enroll in Online Banking?

You can enroll in Online Banking here. You will need to provide your Member Number (Member ID) and verify your personal information to create a User ID and password.

 

How do I change the address CFCU has on file?

Follow the directions listed here.  For security reasons, we cannot accept address change requests via email.

 

How do I update my phone number or email address on file?

Follow the directions listed here.  For security reasons, we cannot accept requests to update your contact information via email. 

 

How do I receive eStatements?

You can sign up for e-statements by logging in to your CFCU online banking account and clicking on the individual account tile you wish to change. You will then choose the ‘online statements’ link on the right/upper part of the page and then choose the e-statements link under the ‘information’ box.

 

My card was lost/stolen. What do I do?

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, be sure and contact CFCU as soon as possible. We will cancel your card and issue a new card.

ATM/Debit Cards

Call 800.522.3535 during normal business hours, or 405.879.5600 (Select Option 3) after normal business hours, to report your ATM/Debit Card lost or stolen.

Credit Cards

Call 800.442.4757 to report your Credit Card lost or stolen.

 

How do I set up direct deposit?

If your employer facilitates direct deposit for payroll, you will need your account number and routing number. Some employers may also require a voided check in order to set up direct deposit.

Most employers will require you to fill out a paper form or log in to their employee website to update this information. We recommend contacting your employer’s HR Department to obtain the necessary direct deposit authorization forms.

 

How do I set up automatic payment for my loan?

For Transfers/Payments with Internal (CFCU) Accounts

From within Online Banking, click on Transfers. Select the accounts you wish to transfer from/to. Enter the amount of the transfer and click Make Recurring.

Select the frequency of the transfer and the date of the first transfer. Click Review to review the details and schedule the recurring transfer or payment.

For Transfers/Payments with External Accounts

From within Online Banking, click on Transfers, then External Account Transfer. Select the accounts you wish to transfer from/to, or add a new account if necessary.

Enter the amount of the transfer, select the date of the first transfer, and set the frequency to the desired interval. Click Review to review the details and schedule your transfer or payment.

Can I make a CFCU loan payment from my account with a different financial institution or with a credit card?

Yes! Follow the directions listed here.

 

I’m unable to make my upcoming loan payment. What do I do? 

Contact your local branch ASAP and let them know. Branch phone numbers can be found here. In some instances, CFCU will be able to work with you on your payment schedule.
